Jack Bussey Signs With the Toronto Wolfpack

Jack Bussey joins the Toronto Wolfpack

(Toronto) Jack Bussey has agreed a contract with the Toronto Wolfpack and will begin play with the club in their inaugural season. The current London Broncos and ex Featherstone Rovers loose forward will add toughness and power to the Toronto forward pack. Torontowolfpack.com caught up with Jack and he had this to say; “I’m excited to be making history joining the first transatlantic professional club and first professional Canadian rugby team. It was too good of an opportunity for me to turn down.”

Coach Paul Rowley has been busy signing players in anticipation of the 2017 season and he was very pleased with the acquisition of Bussey. “Jack is another very strong addition to the squad. He has proved very versatile at his previous two clubs playing in all the forward positions and also at half back. We envisage a middle role for jack with a element freedom to express himself and utilise his skill set. He has been a high achiever for several seasons, and joins the Wolfpack with a winning mentality, and high expectations. The staff and I are very keen to challenge jack, and bring out the best in him.”
