We regard this as one of the most exciting developments in the recent history of the sport and it is an honour to be part of it. We hope fans of all clubs get behind our coverage again which was very well received when we showcased the Championship a few years ago. 2017 is looking like our strongest year to date of Rugby League with all 206 games from the NRL, every game from the RLWC 2017 and all Toronto Wolfpack fixtures live.”
Eric Perez, Wolfpack CEO had this to say. “Premier Sports has always been a supporter of Rugby League in Canada. Premier aired the vast majority of matches the Canadian national team played while I was Chairman. Therefore it was a natural fit to show Wolfpack matches on the platform in the UK. This makes it very easy for rugby league fans in the UK to follow the Toronto Wolfpack on our road to the Super League.”
