Toronto Wolfpack star Greg Worthington and a number of his teammates will swap the rugby field for the climbing wall next Wednesday evening when they visit True North Climbing.
Owned by avid Wolfpack fan, John Gross, True North Climbing became the first local business to take advantage of the Wolfpack’s 2018 player sponsorship initiative when they teamed up with Worthington in December.
The 12,000 square foot venue is open every day of the year and is located within walking distance of Downsview Park Subway Station. True North offers instruction and programs for both children and adults including Birthday Parties, Day Camps and Youth Recreational programs.Worthington and his teammates will be at True North between 6pm and 7:30pm to tour the facility, meet and greet fans and give away tickets for an upcoming game. Fans in attendance can take advantage of a special offer on the night.
Free Climb on the Night
Anyone wearing an item of Wolfpack clothing, like a t-shirt or hat*, can get a free climb at the Wolfpack event on Wednesday, June 27th from 5pm to 9pm only.
Fans should let the True North Climbing facility know by Monday, June 25th by email at email@example.com to book a place on the climb.
Ongoing Season Ticket Offer
As part of their season ticket holder benefits, Wolfpack season ticket holders will receive a free introductory lesson simply by showing their season ticket card. This offer is valid for those of 13-years and older, from Wednesday, June 27th through Monday, July 2nd.
Season Ticket holders should call True North at 416-398-7625 to book the free lesson at least a day in advance to ensure availability is open. The offer is for one free lesson per unique season ticket holder card shown.
For either climb anyone entering the climbing area must have a valid signed waiver form. Those under 18 must have their waiver form signed and initialed by their parent. Waivers can be completed in advance online at http://www.truenorthclimbing.com/waiver/.
