Signing for the Wolfpack ahead of their inaugural 2017 Season, Andrew Dixon rarely misses games and as a result is one of the most capped Toronto players entering the 2020 Season. Taking the field in every single Wolfpack clash across 2019, Dixon has now amassed over 200 professional career appearances.
A silky-smooth back rower, Dixon poses a relentless threat to each defensive unit he comes up against and this saw the Englishman tally 13 tries in 2019. With Super League experience in his past, Dixon will be another veteran that the Wolfpack squad will look to lean on throughout 2020.
An impressive career that has spanned 11 seasons and seen plenty of top division action, including a try in a Super League Grand Final, will continue for Dixon when he takes the field in 2020. The Englishman has spent time with Rugby League giants St Helens and Salford as well as a stint with Leigh Centurions that saw him play a crucial role in the winning of back-to-back Championship titles.
All eyes now turn towards the Super League for the Wolfpack and Andrew Dixon will be one player in particular that has his sights set on a triumphant return. Often a barometer for the performance of his team, Dixon is sure to be called upon to continue to raise his game in the same way he has done each season of his career.
