‘Director for a Day’ at Summer Bash

Toronto Wolfpack are excited to announce that they will be continue their partnership with social media management company CivicSavvy at the Summer Bash in Blackpool this weekend.
Jennifer Gordon from CivicSavvy with be a Wolfpack ‘Director for a Day’ at the annual event, a title that comes with both prestige and responsibility. As well as chronicling the day on social media, Jennifer will have a chance to go pitch side to meet players, take part in an interview with RugbyAM and assist the Wolfpack and RFL in making the day another success.
In the lead up to the event, Jennifer spoke about her excitement:
“I am looking forward to seeing two great teams go head to head in an exciting rematch between the Wolfpack and Toulouse Olympique. The entire weekend will be a great event for Rugby and I can’t wait to begin my role as ‘Director for a Day’ for the Wolfpack.”
The Summer Bash marks the next instalment of the Wolfpack’s rivalry with the French outfit. Their most recent meeting took place earlier in 2019 on French soil and saw Toulouse run away with a strong victory. Saturday’s encounter is a top of the table clash with everything on the line as just one side from the Betfred Championship will be promoted to the Super League at season’s end.
Hosted at Bloomfield Road stadium in Blackpool, Lancashire, the Summer Bash is an annual event which pits Championship sides against one another in back-to-backcontests.The Wolfpack take to the field at 1:15pm local time (8:15am EDT) to kick of the weekend of Rugby and will be looking to maintain their two game lead atop the Championship table.
