Fresh off a Super League Season with London Broncos, James Cunningham signed with the Wolfpack ahead of the 2020 Season and is set to play a huge role in the Club’s historic maiden campaign in the top division.
At 25 years of age, Cunningham has 136 games experience and was a member of the Broncos squad that shocked the Wolfpack at Lamport Stadium in the thrilling 2018 Million Pound Game. As a result, Cunningham’s Broncos were promoted to the Super League while the Wolfpack remained in the Championship.
With the departure of Bob Beswick from the Toronto-based expansion Club, Cunningham solidifies the Wolfpack outfit as they look to strengthen their successful 2019 squad.
Cunningham played 25 of a potential 29 Super League games in 2019 and has scored a total of 136 points across his professional career. In 2018, Cunningham took the field against the Wolfpack on three occasions for two wins and one loss and scored a try against his new Club during the Broncos Round 4 victory.
