Toronto Wolfpack 2020 Squad Numbers

Toronto Wolfpack are pleased to confirm squad numbers ahead of their maiden Super League season. With players set to represent the Club for the first time in 2020 on Sunday, January 19 with a pre-season friendly against Castleford Tigers, the below numbers will be worn on the team’s new look BLK jerseys throughout Toronto’s top division campaign.

This includes numbers given to three new signings who have joined the Pack during the off-season, Sonny Bill Williams, James Cunningham and Brad Singleton.

Williams will wear 21 on his back in 2020, a number that was left vacant by Anthony Mullally’s move to 10. Signing with the Wolfpack in November, Williams has recently joined the team in the UK after completing a gruelling training regime in Australia. Head Coach Brian McDermott recently spoke of how impressed he has been with Williams to date and fans can expect to see the dual-code international light up the Super League stage in 2020.

Cunningham has taken the number 20 which has been available since Adam Higson’s move to Leigh Centurions. Cunningham joins the Wolfpack after a five-year tenure with London Broncos and looks set to slot seamlessly into the side after performing strongly at Super League level in 2019.

Singleton takes over the 18 that sat open as a result of Gadwin Springer’s move to 15. Reuniting with Brian McDermott after several years together with Leeds Rhinos, Singleton is a veteran of over 200 games and will bring experience and class to the Toronto forward pack.

Other movement includes Andy Ackers jumping from 14 to the 9 left absent by Bob Beswick’s departure, Darcy Lussick taking up the freshly free 14 and Hakim Miloudi taking the 23, the highest number in the Wolfpack squad.

The Wolfpack take on Castleford Tigers in their Round One clash as part of a huge double header at Headingley Stadium on Sunday, February 2. Kick-off is scheduled for 2:30pm UK time, with the fixture marking the first time the Wolfpack play for Super League points in their history.
