New Episodes of ‘Keeping Up With The Pack’

With fans around the world being urged to stay at home to prevent the spread of COVID-19, life has drastically changed for the majority of people over the past few months. The way we exercise, eat and socialise are fundamental aspects of our lives that many of us have had to adjust.

So how do you continue to exercise, eat well and stay motivated during lockdown and social distancing?

To help people adapt to this new and unprecedented situation, Toronto Wolfpack have teamed up with partner in a new and exclusive series: Keeping Up With The PackPlayers and staff will be giving insight into their current training and nutrition regimes to illustrate what they’re doing to stay in shape.

Hakim Miloudi, Bodene Thompson, Gaz O’Brien, Gadwin Springer, James Cunningham, Sonny Bill Williams, Ricky Leutele, Josh McCrone, as well as Head of Strength and Conditioning Jon Kelly, have joined the episodes to date to discuss how to train at home with limited or no equipment, as well as ways to maintain motivation.
