About Brickworks Ciderhouse
Founded in 2013, Brickworks Ciderhouse has become one the leading cider producers in Canada. Created by two friends, Chris Noll and Adam Gerrits, Brickworks Ciderhouse is pleased to offer a portfolio of local, unique and innovative ciders to Canadians across the country. In hopes to take their legacy to new heights, they opened their first urban ciderhouse in Canada in 2017 – a state-of-the art cider production facility alongside a restaurant where all local fruits are celebrated and turned into delicious craft ciders by Head Cidermaker Martha Lowry. Always putting quality and the environment first, Brickworks Ciderhouse prides itself in providing local, small-batch, premium craft ciders. In addition to the flagship Batch 1904 cider, they also offer seasonal favourites available across Canada.
